Wanneer een gezin emigreert, is het essentieel om rekening te houden met de behoeften van elk gezinslid. Wij begrijpen maar al te goed hoe belangrijk het is dat iedereen in het gezin de juiste begeleiding krijgt. Daarom bieden wij ondersteuning en begeleiding met ons familie expat pakket!
Complete ondersteuning voor uw gezin
Het kan zijn dat uw werk (of dat van uw partner) de reden is voor uw emigratie. Maar wanneer uw hele gezin meeverhuist, zijn er niet alleen zakelijke zaken om te regelen. Ook is het belangrijk dat uw partner, kinderen en eventuele nanny zich goed voelen in Nederland. De behoeften van elk expatgezin kunnen sterk verschillen.
Onze missie is om u en uw gezin volledig te ontzorgen. Bent u op zoek naar hoogwaardige taallessen? Een relevante opleiding of cursus voor uw partner? Zoekt u een nanny of huishoudelijke hulp? Of wilt u dat uw kind snel en met plezier naar een gerenommeerde dagopvang of (internationale) school gaat? Wij zorgen ervoor dat u zich nergens zorgen over hoeft te maken, zodat elk gezinslid op zijn of haar eigen tempo kan wennen aan het nieuwe thuis in Nederland.
Bij E & I: Expat and Immigration Services the Netherlands gaan we verder dan andere aanbieders. We denken bijvoorbeeld ook aan het transport van uw bezittingen en kunnen indien gewenst uw nieuwe woning smaakvol inrichten.
Daarnaast regelen we essentiële zaken voor het hele gezin, zoals BSN-nummers, (zorg)verzekeringen, bankrekeningen en telefoonabonnementen. We begrijpen ook dat uw huisdier een belangrijk onderdeel is van uw gezin, en daar zorgen we dus ook voor!
Wat Expat Services uniek maakt, is de persoonlijke begeleiding door Johanna, die de eerste dagen na uw aankomst 24 uur per dag beschikbaar is om u en uw gezin kennis te laten maken met alles wat Nederland te bieden heeft.

Airport pickup
We will be waiting for your family at Schiphol airport with a sign, you won't miss us! The private driver service will take you to your hotel or new home.
Welcome package
At your new home a package filled with Dutch delicacies will be waiting for your family together with a sublime bottle of wine/champagne.
Introduction to the Netherlands
We will provide you with the information by individual needs
and introduce your family to the
Dutch way of life.
City tour
Our expat consultant will guide your family through the city, showing you the best neighborhoods, parks, sport centers, restaurants and everything you will need around your new house.
A lunch for the whole family at an exclusive location is included in the family package.
Nanny support
We will make sure a nanny is available at your new home or hotel to take care of your children and have a great time while the parents are accompanied by our expat consultant to visit the new schools, daycare, sport clubs of the
children.
We can also provide a Dutch lesson at your new home to learn the children the basics of the Dutch language and get used to the language.
24/7 service
Personal assistance and guidance by our expat consultant for 4 days, during these 4 days we are at your service 24/7.
Document Management
Before your arrival, and throughout the process, we take care of everything related to the necessary documentation for your family resides in the Netherlands.
Residence permit
A MVV visa or (highly skilled migrant) residence permit is included in the family package. We will also inform you about the time/place of visa collection and follow-through to permit completion.
Legalisation of certificates
Before your arrival we will arrange the legalisation of your foreign documents
in the country of origin.
Assistance with legalising your birth certificate, unmarried statement or marriage certificates is included in the family package.
Translation of documents
We will take care of the document verification and also take care of the translation of your foreign documents.
Town hall registration
Before your family arrives we will
provide a list of documents required for registration at the municipality registers to obtain a Social Security Number (BSN).
Our expat consultant will arrange the appointment required for registration in the city hall and accompany your family to the town hall. After registering you can enjoy all the benefits your neighborhood provides you.
Expats 30% Tax ruling
We will provide you with information regarding the 30% Tax Ruling/tax free allowance.
Utilities set up
We will take care of your utilities and take care of anything else it may need
to be covered.
Opening a bank account
We will help you to open your new Dutch bank account and provide a list of documents for the procedure for opening a bank account. We will also coordinate opening a bank account and accompany you
to the bank if required.
Health care
Before your arrival we will
identify a local doctor and
dentist and arrange the registration for these
services. Arranging the registration of your health insurance is included.
Driving license
Before your arrival we will
provide a list of documents required for the procedure to convert your driving license.
After you have arrived we will coordinate the conversion of
your driving license and assist
with the completion of the
forms as required.
Vehicle import or car lease services
We can coordinate the import, assist with the completion
of the required forms (unaccompanied).

Insurances
We will provide the information about the procedure for
various insurances, like
third party liability/content/
house/legal aid/health insurance and assist with the registration for the insurances required.
Finding the right moving company
We will take care of of everything related to your relocation and assist with finding the right moving company.
Accomodation management
Searching for a place will be one of the easier process with us. We have an extensive knowledge of the Dutch housing market and work closely with a number of specialized real estate agents.
Rental housing
We will help you to find a house
for your family based on your requirements and needs. Before your arrival we will provide you with a listing of available houses within the housing allowance.
Accompanied property viewing or online property viewing before arriving to the Netherlands is possible. Lease negotiations and property inspection at check in are included in the family package.
Assistence with buying a house
Buying a Dutch property can be a smart investment for expats in the Netherlands. We can assist and guide you through the whole procedure from finding a house to buying your new home in the Netherlands.
Assistance moving your pet
We will also arrange for your pet to move to the Netherlands.
Applications utilities
We will take care of your utilities and arrange the registration of the internet, TV, gas, water and light before you arrive in your new home. If required we can also assist with finding a housekeeper, driver or interior styling.

Schooling and advice
We know how important it is to study, we will give you all the necessary information so that you can choose the best educational school for the little ones in the house. A priority for many newcomers to the Netherlands is to find a good school for their children and the school system here may seem confusing when you don’t speak Dutch. We will accompany you and visit the best schools in the area of your new home. Assistance with finding the right sport clubs for your children is included in the family package.
Day and childcare
We will also accompany you to find the best kindergarten, child day care or nanny/au pair search for your children.
