How the transfer works
A short service with few conditions, all of which exist so that nobody stands in an arrivals hall wondering.
- We cover Schiphol, Rotterdam The Hague and Eindhoven, and private terminals on request.
- Send your flight number and we track it, so a delay changes our timing rather than your welcome.
- Meet and greet is inside the terminal at arrivals, not kerbside.
- Vehicles are chosen to your party size and luggage, including child seats where needed.
- Transfers run to any address in the Rotterdam and port region, and further by arrangement.
- Bookings are confirmed at least twenty-four hours ahead where possible, though we do accommodate last-minute changes.

Investment figures represent our professional service fees only and are intended as a guideline. Government fees (including IND filing fees), VAT, legalisation and apostille costs, sworn translations, consular charges and any third-party expenses are not included unless explicitly stated in the proposal.
The first Dutch hour
What happens between the airport and the front door?
You are met with your name, your luggage is handled, and the drive is used for the briefing that matters: how your keys work, where the nearest supermarket is, what to do about the bins, which app runs public transport, and what is happening tomorrow. Most clients find that half hour worth more than the transfer itself.
Can you collect a family arriving separately?
Yes. Split arrivals are common when a partner follows later or children finish a school term. We coordinate multiple flights and, where the gap is a day or two, keep the same driver so there is a familiar face at both ends.
Is the property ready when we arrive?
It is if we arranged it. As part of a relocation package we make sure the keys are collected, the heating is on, the beds are usable and there is coffee, milk and bread in the kitchen. Arriving at midnight to an empty flat is a memory people keep for years, and it is avoidable.
Do you handle departures too?
Yes, and for clients leaving the Netherlands we combine it with the final inspection, deposit recovery and deregistration so the last day is as managed as the first.

What if my flight lands at 2 a.m.?
Then we are in the arrivals hall at 2 a.m. Arrivals do not keep office hours and neither do we; that promise is the heart of how we work.
Can you handle a family with a lot of luggage and a pet?
Yes. Tell us the headcount, the suitcase count and the crate size in advance and we arrange a vehicle that swallows it all, pet included.
Is the pickup only for clients on a full relocation package?
It is bookable on its own, though most clients combine it with settling-in support so the first week continues as smoothly as the first hour. Pricing for your situation is confirmed during intake.
