Landing fast without cutting corners
What can be done before I arrive?
More than most people realise. Document checks, legalisation, the permit file, the municipal appointment, the housing shortlist and the viewings can all run while you are still abroad, so the first Dutch week is execution rather than discovery.

Considerably. Grouped registrations, a shared temporary base and coordinated viewings cut both cost and time per person, and one consultant holding the whole group means HR gets a single overview instead of a queue of individual problems.
Where should logistics staff live?
Close to the distribution cluster rather than close to the centre. The Waalhaven, Botlek and A15 corridor sites are best served from Hoogvliet, Spijkenisse, Barendrecht and Ridderkerk, and rents there are meaningfully lower than in Rotterdam itself.
What is the most common mistake?
Starting the housing search before the registration route is clear. A property that does not allow registration blocks the BSN, which blocks payroll, which means a new arrival works for six weeks without being paid properly. We settle registration first, always.
Frequently asked questions
My start date is in three weeks. Is that possible?
Tight but familiar territory. With temporary registerable housing as a bridge and documents prepared before you travel, a three-week landing is realistic; we tell you honestly on day one what will be ready by when.
I work nights. How do daytime appointments get done?
We book them at the edges of your sleep window, cluster them into as few visits as possible and attend with you so each one concludes on the spot.
Does the employer pay, or do I?
Either works. Many logistics employers cover relocation and we invoice them directly; individuals engage us privately just as often. The scope and pricing for your situation are confirmed during intake.
